Subprocessors

This page lists third-party subprocessors engaged by mQuark Inc. to help deliver the Service. Each subprocessor is bound by contractual obligations to protect Personal Data and act only on Our instructions.

Current Subprocessors

• Microsoft Azure

  • Purpose: Hosting, storage, compute, networking
  • Data categories: Account identifiers, workflow artifacts, logs, usage data
  • Regions: Primarily United States; may use additional regions as configured

• Auth0 (by Okta)

  • Purpose: Authentication, user management, and role-based authorization (RBAC)
  • Data categories: User profiles, identifiers, authentication events, roles/permissions, password reset/email verification metadata
  • Regions: United States/EU, depending on tenant configuration

• Stripe

  • Purpose: Payments, billing, metering, entitlements
  • Data categories: Billing contact, transaction metadata, subscription status
  • Regions: United States/EU, per Stripe’s infrastructure

• Twilio SendGrid

  • Purpose: Transactional email delivery
  • Data categories: Email addresses, message metadata
  • Regions: United States/EU, per SendGrid’s infrastructure

• Analytics Providers (e.g., Google Analytics)

  • Purpose: Website and product analytics
  • Data categories: Device identifiers, page views, events, IP (truncated or pseudonymous where configured)
  • Regions: Global, per provider infrastructure and settings

We may update this list as We add or remove subprocessors. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date and may be communicated via the Website or email for registered users.
